MyGame
It's hard to show a good screen snap of what you're game might look like because practically everyting on the screen can be customized when you build the game. The background image, the players, the questions and the booths are all selected by you as creater of your own trivia game.
Setting Preferences
Before you jump right in to playing, you might consider setting some preferences which gives you control over the flow of the game. Set the number of questions in the game from 1-20. Set the number of bonus round questions. Set the point values. Skip the question transitions for a fast paced game.
Getting Started
Once you've added and customized all your content including graphics, players, booths, background images and questions, you can jump right in and start playing. You'll be prompted for number of players (1-3) and players buzz in with the keys: Q, B and P. If you really want an exciting game experience, MyTrivia 2.0 is compatable with the Wii© controller so you don't have to be stuck at the keyboard.
Buzzing In
When a question is displayed, all the players have a chance to buzz in to select an answer. The first to the buzzer gets first shot at the answer (multiple choice 1-4).
Getting it Right
If you're right, you score (point quantity is set in the preferences screen). If you're wrong, you loose points (also set in preferences) and others have a chance to buzz in. Scores are added and displayed on the players' booths as you go along.
Bonus Round
At the end of the regular questions, there is a bonus round where players can rack up or loose points fast. A question is displayed on the screen and each answer flies on the screen in random order. When you see the correct answer on the screen, quickly buzz in. If you're right, you get bonus points, wrong and points are subtracted from your score. Unlike the regular question round, play immediately jumps to the next question.
Winning the Game
At the end of the game, if you have the most points, you win. Watch your player jump into the spotlight to bask in the glory!
